Pricing
The initial consultation is free of charge and will last approximately one hour.
If you decide to go ahead and book personal training sessions, the prices are shown below:
The Price includes:
- 
	        One hour personal training session
 - 
	        Goal setting, programme design and regular updates as progression is made
 - 
	        Weight management, nutritional advice and food diary analysis throughout training
 - 
	        My travel time to and from your home or any location of the personal training session
 
£40 per session
        £35 per session if block  (12 sessions) booking made
Cancellation Policy:
24 hours cancellation notice must be given otherwise charges will incur.
