Training with Me

Personal training is the safest and quickest way to achieve maximum results in the minimum amount of time. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness or train for a specific event, I will design and develop a unique fitness programme suited to your needs. As your programme advances I will monitor your progress and adapt your programme as you achieve your goals.

All my personal training programmes begin with a free initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your personal objectives.
This will comprise of key fitness tests including blood pressure, body mass index, body fat composition and a cardio vascular test. These tests will be repeated at regular stages throughout the weeks and months of your personal training programme in order to monitor the progress that you are making, and to keep you motivated.

I offer nutritional advice and guidance throughout your personal training course. By maintaining a food diary I can see your typical eating patterns and advise on changes to improve your eating habits which will also help you to achieve your goals.

I want my clients to have fun whilst working out.  Our success in making you fitter, more toned and healthier is dependent on recognising that personal training is a two way thing, your input is as vital as mine. It is hard work achieving the results you want but satisfying when you do.

Train with me in your own time at the gym, in your own home, a local park or anywhere that suits you.
